Very good results in our customer satisfaction survey in November 2023

MediPac surveys its customers every two years to measure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement for products and associated services. This process is firmly integrated into our quality management system and helps us to fulfil the sometimes stringent requirements placed on us and our quality management by ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 15378.

The results of the survey were extremely positive. A total of 92.7 % of the responses were in the good and very good range. From our point of view, it is particularly important to emphasise that all customers who returned the questionnaire would like to continue working with MediPac and would recommend us and our products to others.

On the other hand, our delivery times and adherence to delivery dates were criticised. We had expected this, as we were unable to meet delivery deadlines due to machine breakdowns. Another reason was that some of the materials we need to produce our medical devices have not been delivered on time for months due to Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine. In order to counteract such developments, we have already purchased new machines, set up another prodiction line and started to increase our storage capacity. This will enable us to ensure deliveries to our customers even in times of crisis!
